I finally got the Darkness!

Finally! I got it for $177.50 and just the right shipment cost.
Downside, two of his front fingers broke off but its within the package as well as one gargoyle's arm was split into two.

Though I glued these severed parts it is still a sore to the eye seeing the glue line... I will one day paint on top of it to make it look near perfect.

Frankly, for me, the statue alone, even with out the gargoyle, is stunning! I may not display the statue with the gargoyle and with just create a different diorama to feature the gargoyles all by themselves.(Or make my own Darkness statue version)

I can't wait for the Angelus and also maybe Mr. Moore a museum pose of the Darkness this time?

Congratulations on a nice pick up. Yes, a standing/more upright Darkness would be cool.

It's truly a great piece... I have never regretted buying mine years ago. Looks fantastic in the Moore collection just like everything else.

Angelus will be truly amazing by the time Clay sneaks that little gem...
