I received a notice about adding the attack pose raptor to a list on P1's site so I did.
I don't think anyone of them in particular represents the "Big One" as it was never different in the film in anyway really from the others.

I have always assumed that the "big one" was the one that entered the kitchen first. She was the dominant of those 2 in that kitchen scene.

It's possible, but we never saw any confirmation or continuity to really make her different. I think a blood splatter or something would have been sufficient.
