I have things on their website that still show processing from a couple years ago that I already have displayed at my house. Their website has improved over the years in several areas but some things are still very much lacking.

Requesting any help. Gwendolyn hasn't replied to any of my last 3 e-mails even though she just sent me a request to pay Green Lantern's balance.

I believe that Gwen only works one or two days a week for Tweeterhead. I did not think that she was a full time 40 hour a week employee so it is possible maybe she did not see your emails yet (though it would depend on when you sent them if they were a week apart) I could be wrong though.
