Is this true 1/3 scale?

Should be. It's nearly three feet in height, almost as tall as their 1/2 T-800 Arnie.

Their scales are all over the shop atm. The Jungle hunter is bigger than 1/4, the City Hunter is under. So who knows. But it should be roughly 1/3 at this size.

Is it? Looks like its helmet is the same size as both Cracked Tusk's and the SWS maquette's.

Just seems like the jungle hunter is over, however neither of those ever listed a scale to begin with. IIRC specifically they were non-scale possibly due to license issues.

Mask is definitely 1/4, or close at least. That picture of the P2 and the SWS masks was taken by me. The mask on Sideshows is longer than this by quite a bit, but is out of proportion anyway. But his body etc is slightly less. I'm going to measure him properly bit by bit when I get a chance as it's so hard to tell. He looks 1/4 ish on his own, but definitely looks a little smaller when placed next to the other 1/4 statues. And the JH is clearly over 1/4.

Which pose is better? The museum or action pose?

The proportions of this sculpt are a bit idealized and the museum pose makes it obvious. For that reason, I went action pose. Still a beautifully done statue, but not accurate enough to pull off the museum look in my humble opinion.
