Been reading this Icon series and really like it. Had no idea a big screen version was in the works.

Remarkable that a comic that's only had four issues published has already been green lit for a movie.

Questioning this movie as well....wtf? while they're at it, let's fire up production on another series, 4 issues deep.
Its a good series but c'mon.

There was a comic about survivors of an alien attack that had only 3 issues out before it was picked up for a film.

And then there's the one shots that were made; 300, A History of Violence, Road to Perdition.

I wonder if the success of Wanted (also by Millar) persuaded producers to go with this.

Are they even putting out the comic anymore? It seems they got so exciting about making a movie that they forgot to notice that the comic barely got off the ground. I've lost interest.
