This thread is bringing a tear to my eye.
One of the most anticipated pieces of the year wrapped in a QC nightmare. People cheering not only for receiving it, but receiving it in one piece. And if you didn't, you wait in a replacement queue hoping that what you get is good or doesn't introduce another problem.
Tears...

Anyone see this? 1/4 scale Infinity Gauntlet by Hot Toys, and for just about $100. I think this would actually look really good next to this statue as they would both be in scale, plus not everyone's display may have space for a life size gauntlet.

Yep, I bought it. Can't go wrong with that price. Pulsating gems...

I'm about to go ahead and buy it, but I'm kind if curious about the material it's made of. At this price point I'm not expecting polystone, but Im also hoping it's not some cheap plastic.
Also I find the pricing on this kind if crazy. $95 for the 1/4, $930 for the life size. Doesn't really make much sense to me haha

Does Sideshow provide a tracking number when a replacement part ships?

What issues did you have on the previous ones?

first one had chips on the gauntlet itself and the paint of one of the gems was rubbed of. second one had one gem fully "distorted". when you turned the light on there were multiple "scratches" inside the light bulb itself.
