Now the glitch is to other side of the spectrum ;-)

My cancelation request didn't go through, but i logged into my account and got the same shipping price. They just charged me right this second actually. I hope the QC is good on this.

I got the $47 quote to CA too. It was around $1500 before.
I've ordered stuff from Japan during pandemic, I'm pretty certain this is by boat which will take about 3 months to get to US. With these sort of things I don't mind waiting, the price difference is huge.

I didn't even have to push a button!
I had emailed to say I would wait for lower shipping, no reply, then the 47 dollar shipping email followed by an item charged and shipped email.
I can't believe I am getting off with 47 dollar shipping!

They probably presume we’re Jungle Hunter customers as well. Which I’m sure a few of us are. They would have lost a good amount of money if we had to pay that shipping fee twice.

$558.82 has been taken out of my bank today dispite me questioning the amount and not receiving a reply. $388 of that is shipping, of which I'll pay tax also so my shipping is effectively $466. I'm happy you guys have had your high quotes adjusted, but I'm also pretty sick of paying over the odds for everything, something only our Australian cousins seem to relate to. I'm tempted to open up a paypal dispute out of spite just because Prime 1 never bothered replying, but I'm not sure it'd achieve anything... I'll be quick to cancel my Jungle Hunter and instruct Paypal not to allow any money to be taken ever again by Prime 1 if the situation repeats.
This had better be a damn good statue when it arrives!

It sucks that you didn't get your price adjusted. Maybe their hands were tied with shipping to the UK whereas they had more leeway with the US? Who knows anymore. I don't know how my shipping quote could drop $1600. That's quite a difference.
Hopefully you'll get the shipping adjusted after the fact. I really feel for you guys overseas that get hit harder with shipping every time. I'd definitely have to rethink my collection if I lived over there again.

That sucks, sorry to hear that man. What’s the best way to contact Prime1? Their online form or an email?
