Lady Death could've walked in a more eh, ladylike manner.

I was the one that made the warning video for this Lady Death Statue and the heavier sword breaking the hand after just 3 days.

I was eventually able to get a full replacement. But they said at Sideshow collectibles that I had to exchange the whole Statue because they said that each statue is handmade and not able to enterchange parts.

The replacement I got needed a lot of extra work just so i could build it. The head and cape didn't want to go all the way in the cape was pushing the wolf statue on the side with the scythe arm. The scythe needed to be cut down in size by half an inch just so i could put the arm to the body.

The other parts needed to be softened with boiled water just to make the parts fit together.
The scythe top wouldn't go on all the way as well. Didn't want to exchange it again, especially with all the holidays and delays and crazy snow storms happening, so I just ended up keeping it and just fixed it myself as nothing was actually broken.

The heavier sword is still a big problem for the sword hand, even with this replacement. It is definitely a manufacturing flaw. I still stand by my warning about the heavier sword. That sword is completely useless and can't be displayed on her hand. It's better as a letter opener. PCS should send out lighter replacement swords to all 400 people who purchased this product. And then fix that issue with the all white version they planned to release in 2023.

PCS was just focusing on getting this stuff out faster, and they overlooked this design flaw. They either have to make that sword hand stronger or make the swords weight the same.

The other thing I experienced with this statue is that the arms were just awfully matched with the other side of the arm where they are put together with the body. The factory was not doing a good job at QC. The scythe was a lot shorter than the replacement I got in, too.

I really think that PCS show really pay more attention to the quality control over their status, especially if they have boot on the ground over in china. They just have them assembled the statues at the end and then properly replace or fix defects like missing paint or parts that don't fit correctly.

The heavier sword is a flawed design. I was the one who made the warning video for people to see what happens when you have that heavier sword on the statue for the long term. The statue's hand started to come apart after 3 days.

The replacement I got from sideshow collectibles was not great either, I had to do almost everything that should have been done by the factory just to be able to build the statue. I had to cut down the scythe because it was way too long, then I had to use boiled water to make parts soft enough so I could make them fit properly without breaking anything.

The heavier sword is completely useless, but ok if you have it for a letter opener. PCS should make sure that their stuff is solid.

There were other issues that i had with both statues i got in. Even with the Vampirella statue, they made. PCS needs to have better quality control over their statues in china.
