For Star Wars, the PFs are more straight-up movie inspired likenesses and poses, I think. The Mythos take more artistic license, don't they?
Regardless, super-pissed this isn't Windu or Jedi Master Luke. I'll be dead by the time they get to them at this rate.

Oh, I wasn't asking what the difference is, I was asking how they decide, for example, let's make this new General Grievous a PF, and not a mythos, piece.
