He told me to take Mucinex too! It really worked. And I never take meds. Hate them. But I could get any work done or any sleep. They did the trick!

I was going to try the mucinex until I had to pay $42 for my asthma stuff. I can deal with it it just sucks

The smoking didn't kill my asthma as bad as quitting did. I was able to actually be active when I smoked now if I try I get winded quick

Your lungs will heal in a few years if you do a normal daily routine. Throw a little cardio in there and they will heal quicker. Don't over do it though.
