Neither wholly plant nor animal, neither entirely self-aware nor totally non-sentient, the creature called the Man-Thing is unique, unchanging and alone — but none who encounter him can ever be the same again. Empathic by nature and drawn to fight evil, his shambling visage inspires fear — and whatever knows fear burns at the Man-Thing’s touch. I really want to get a copy of the Frank Miller Daredevil Omnibus, but I'm not paying $200-plus for it now. I'm hoping for a re-release, too.

I can't see how Marvel would refuse resoliciting their Omnibi. Makes no sense. Why would they not rerelease the first Spiderman Omnibus? If there's enough demand for it, I can see everthing being rereleased.

Got mine last week I'm such a sucker for these, I bought every damn issue that's presented in teh Omni off the rack back in the day, yet I still bought this

I also picked up The Amazing Spider-Man Vol 2, and even though it's not Marvel, Volume Two of The New Teen Titans Omnibus by Wolfman and Perez

I wish Marvel would focus on creating Omni's of books that have been passed over for earlier HC TPB editions. John Byrne's Namor run...as well as Byrne's She Hulk and Alpha Flight would make GREAT Omni's!

If I may, I'd like to recommend the upcoming SECRET WARRIORS Omni to anyone who passed on that series. It was a GREAT read...and will absolutely benefit from the Omni format as it is best read in large multi-issue chunks!
