Also, I find it curious that the Regular of this piece is in Waitlistland, while the Exclusive is still available. Is that normal now that they actually charge more for Exclusive pieces?

They've been charging more for EX pieces for 1-2 years now I think. When I first started collecting (2009) they charged $5-10 more for EX pieces. Then for a couple of years they priced them the same. And then they reverted again to charging more for EX pieces (now $10-15 more).

Same with the newest Bats PF. Regular is on waitlist for months and Ex is still there. Ex are only available on Sideshow why regular through other distributors or local stores.

I like it, especially since I paid for this with all Reward Points.




The only thing I'm not a fan of is the seam with the Exclusive Head and Venom's breastbone. It's very noticeable. But since it's black, it doesn't really matter unless you're really up close.

Also, this isn't the final resting place, as I was taking it out to make sure nothing was damaged. I'm getting a new table and will put it on the other side of my TV, and this is the only flat area I had to inspect.

Is anyone having damage issues with this ? Buddy of mine was shipped 2 and both times the hands on Spider-Man broke, and the head didn’t go in smooth.
Oddly enough sideshow allowed him to change for another statue and never asked for the 2 to be returned which makes me think it’s a widespread issue.
