Great work around the knee area.
Can't say the base design does much for me. As for 'Who sculpted this?'
I am going to guess the same sculptor who sculpted the recent Jean Grey PF which featured a similar sort of base design complete with pink fluffy power FX..
Update: Mark Newman sculpted the Jean Grey PF

Amazing face portrait, the pose I have to say looks even cooler at different angles which I wasn't expecting. At 29" tall no wonder they didn't do a sculpted cape, people would be pissed about the leans.
- I do hope that you can pose her without the Ultron head above her.
Biggest flaws IMO
-29" tall, that part I think will cause people pause to buy her cause she won't fit in most display cases unless its a adjustable. That or if they can display without the Ultron head above her.
*I don't love or hate the fabric cape but I know this is the biggest reason to pass for most on here*

I am really liking this piece after seeing all the blog pics. The scarf around her neck is probably my only nitpick remaining complaint, as it doesn't look great. The piece looks amazing in profile. I have to admit, even the cape looks good when posed like this.

This is the only flaw I see in the concept and execution of this statue. Distracts from Wanda.
