Street Fighter V Laura Matsuda Statue by PCS 1/4 Scale
This arrived a couple of weeks ago. Back when the piece went up for pre_order i was
surprised at how quickly the piece sold out. To be honest, the season pass line does
not interest me. Ideally i wanted/want to see PCS release a SFV Laura Matsuda in
green and yellow full fight pose
Since this might be the first and last Laura Matsuda 1/4 statue, i decided to add it to
my collection after tracking one down on the used market, for a normal price.
All in all, it is a nice statue, and it is good to see PCS fixed the hair (the proto
featured a major error). Also, the yellow vest is missing the SEAN decal on the rear.
All in all, paint app looks good, not quite as tight compared to an XM Studios piece.

One area of paint that should have been better are the eye's. They look like old school
PCS eyes, white with black outlines. Lower quality compared Sideshow PF level.
The finish lacks gloss. I decided to paint over them with clear gloss.

The base looks nice enough, and is quite light weight. I can count atleast 8 air bubbles
in the clear.. plastic? The clear area feels like plastic. It would have been so much
better if PCS had used the same clear resin HMO use for their Sorrow statue, which
has a higher quality finish to it.
