Gentle Giant Jabba statue
I'm making an offer to an Ebay seller for the Jabba statue. Can anyone post pics? Anyone have it who can provide their opinion?

Original retail price was $295. I've been thinking of getting one myself if I could get a deal. But right now it is low on my list. i noticed that BBTS.com last had it on clearance for $170. Too bad I didn't catch it at that price.

Sideshows 1/6 Jabba is made in vinyl but better than all the other versions.
Yes it's even better than Attakus. Attakus did not even make a bench for Jabba as SS or GG did.

Sideshow's plastic toy isn't even in the same ballpark as the attakus statue, base or no base.

Attakus Jabba is made of resin and is one size bigger than SS Jabba but SS Jabba is closer to the movie version.
The only thing that is better with the Attakus Jabba scene is the hooka pipe, those bugs or what it is that is in the fluid in the hooka pipe have much better detail than the SS hooka pipe.
Attakus is not good with likenesses Jabba is no exception.
I have been close to buying Attakus Jabba a couple of times because I considered it the definitive Jabba statue, but when SS made there Jabba I was so happy I did not buy the Attakus version.

I would have to see both to be sure, but both the SS and Attakus Jabbas look good.
Juggs- IMO human likeness is the only issue Attakus had problems with..anything else they made was pretty bang on for the most part.

the sheer size of the attakus version makes it very unique. But SS did a much better job with the likeness.
I guess it all depends on what you have space (and funds) for, as well as whether you are interested in the complete set or just jabba on his own.
