Any one use cdwow.com??

Not sure this is the right place to put this but...

As anyone ever used cdwow.com??
I placed an order with them on 17/11/08 for Kung Fu Panda and Price Caspian that were meant to get released on 17/11/08.
I got an email saying they had recieved them from the supplier and would ship them asap.
I emailed them again this morning as they haven't been shipped but every single retailer in the Uk has them.

Anyone had any experience deakling with them??

I've dealt with them for years, and find them usually reliable, but also pretty obliging on the occasions they let you down. They normally e-mail me regularly if something's delayed, like the Quantum of Solace soundtrack was.

Yeah they were good letting me know it was delayed. Got the email the day the order was placed but not a lot since

Still not got the stuff so cancelled the order and got a refund.

They are real good at replying to emails just a shame they don't have the stock

I used CDWOW for many years without any problem. They're very reliable and have great customer service.

Unfortunately they don't always order sufficient stock, hence the delays.
