I love it, but I don't think that is accurate. His head looks tiny, especially considering he's up front.

I thought I read on here that his base was supposed to have icicles on it like he just got done fighting captain cold

I think it would look kind of cool if in addition to the icicles it would have the weather wizards wand and heat wave’s heat gun and other tools that his rogues gallery used
