She's wearing skin tight leather zipped up over her throat. It's one thing to not want to show skin or cleavage but they need to think these things through.

It's just not practical to have her baps out when she's fighting lol
I didn't realise it before you mentioned it, doesn't bother me but I guess a bit of cleavange would be preferred
