I?m right there with you. After about 3 weeks of contemplating, last night I pushed forward with the purchase. It was between her or the new Cable. My logic, I’ll probably go with SS’s Cable eventually and it’ll be available at SS for a while. Her ES being so low, it MAY sale out rather quickly. And I think her heat vision sculpt is the tits. I still feel good about it this morning.

True. But eBay is closer to 16 percent now. They even take a cut from the sales tax, so you end up paying more.

I do too, I think the concept isn't the tits, but it's the bees knees for sure 😃. It's still one of the most impressive for me.

Still have to pass on this Superman-ish face sculpt. The 1:6 version had such great promise and then they went with this.

Agree. And the sad thing is, I like pretty much everything else on this so if they nailed that, I probably would have ordered.

This is true, but it's only going to affect people who have sold their statues for more than what they paid for, so at the end of next year if your sales on statues is greater than what you paid for them, you'll have to pay tax on your profits (which has always been the law). But given the state of statues odds are you're going to be in the red column and won't have to worry about paying taxes. Just keep all your receipts... still a pain in the butt....
Democrats argued this law was put in place to keep rich people from getting out of paying taxes but given the cutoff was $22k before receiving a 1099 from eBay, I'm not sure how lowering this to $600 affects rich people? to me this hits the middle class and poor more than it would the rich. Do rich people even sell on eBay? but as I mentioned there only enforcing the existing laws, so you can't get to upset.

It is true the Dems screwed us on this, I assumed when they said we're going after tax cheats they meant Elon Musk. But Republicans also screwed a lot of people over including myself in taking away most of the SALT deduction in the Trump permanent tax cut on the rich and the temp one for non rich people which expires in a couple of years and your tax will go back up. So to be fair neither one is great for the 100k to 400k people. I did not get one cent of free cash from either administration.

eBay is already ridiculous for sellers but it?s getting even more so now.
I never understood how they can charge you a percent of costs that don?t go to them, like shipping. Shipping is paid to the shipping company, but eBay charges you a percentage of the shipping cost that the buyer pays.

Oh yeah, I agree 100%, both parties have been screwing over the middle class forever...

This is why I add a "handling fee" to all my ebay sales. It just sucks that ebay is too lazy to separate the payment for the shipping and the item and not charge the fee on the former
