I just got my last bust a few weeks ago. I can't wait to display them. Makes me feel all nostalgic. I still can't believe these go for so much nowadays.

Prices for those busts are absolutely crazy. I was lucky to score a bunch of them last year for $20 a piece with my LCS discounting them to clearance for new items coming into the store.

I never knew that they would be selling for such a crazy amount. I love the Muppets and naturally I opened my busts and put them on display in my Detolf. I threw the packaging away on all 6 of the busts that I own. Makes me wish I didn't do that...

I am one away from completing the line... Dr. Teeth... hardest bust to get of them all... I bought a collection of 16 two months ago for 1000.00... had a lot of dulplicates in it that I already had.. and now the hunt for Dr. Teeth begins... Gonzo, Statler and Waldorf are also very hard to find...

These are such cool pieces. I finally completed my collection by picking up Fozzie Bear. I paid about $89 for him on the 'Bay, but the set is complete. And Kirthew, I'm with you on Dr. Teeth. That one took me forever to find, but in the end the price wasn't as crazy for these as they are now. Good luck; and I'll try to keep an eye out for Dr. Teeth for you. (However, I'm still wishing they would have made a Sgt. Floyd Pepper to complete the band).

I love that the seller on that auction is an "eBay Trading Assistant Drop Off Store & Bait & Tackle Shop". $2700 will buy a lot of worms!

I was considering starting to collect the Muppet busts, but I think I'll wait out this price surge.
