For those having trouble try this scroll to bottom of page where it says account + customer service click that & then click order history from there it will show all your orders pick any of them & click view order scroll down to a white box that shows type of payment chosen paypal or credit card click that box & you'll be able to purchase

I went thru order status and paid for both but it only shows Akuma not Shin and the quantity is 0.

I finally got through. Ordered 1/6 Akuma and 1/6 Shin.
Refreshed like 7 times and it popped up.
