Agreed. It was pretty bad. Kind of scary to consider that the guy who wrote & directed this stinker is now in charge of the DCU.

Overall it was a entertaining movie. The reveal of what the monster was, was kind of disappointing.

It was good at times and terrible at others. I’ll go with a 4/10. Rocket and Cosmo may have been the best part.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Coming in at a whopping 2hr 41min the movie starts out strong for thr first 20min looses momentum for the next 2 hours and finishes strong for he final 20min. Quite simply this movie is too long and should have been cut back to maximum of 2 hours. The writing is not strong enough to sustain such a long runtime. The characters are for the most part likeable but I didn?t love them like I did with CB who had charm and charisma. Namor was a meh for me just don?t like the character actor was fine in the role but he was playing an ahole. Iron Heart was painfully bad and poorly acted. Could certainly have been cut from the movie and the movie wouldn?t have suffered. Definitely a step down in quality from the first in almost every department. I fear Marvel have boxed themselves into a corner by not recasting the part. Solid 6/10.

'Round Midnight (1986) - A troubled, but talented musician flees the US to escape his problems, finding refuge and support in Paris.
The story is the usual cautionary tale about addiction, but the main reason to see this film is for the many stellar jazz performances featuring Dexter Gordon and Herbie Hancock among others. 8/10
