I think the company COO Model makes some 1/6th horses. I have one of their samurai figures and it is pretty rad.

That'll work! Black horse is right as he takes Angel Eye's horse at the end if I recall correctly. Even if you don't put him in the saddle it's a great custom accessory idea. And he didn't have his pancho until the end of the film so it all lines up. Just need the bags for the gold. Would be nice if they made that an accessory since it's pretty simple to do.
