Where did the Medusa rumours start? Looking at the wondercon banner I'd say the statue is probably a demon/succubus. Canonically, Medusa has wings and tusks, but as far as I know there was never a mention of horns.
I'm hoping it's a demon lady with a red body, that would be dope.

A demon lady with a red body is purgatori, hell witch etc... Medusa could have wings, Medusa could also appear beautiful, the wondercon banner does look like a devil lady type character, but the sideshow silhouette gives a different look, at least to the hair
