After The Clone Wars was unceremoniously cancelled a few years back, I think Dave Filoni wanted to make sure he was able to end the series on his own terms, and I'm sure he has other things lined up that he wants to tackle at this point, in addition to The Mandalorian.

Im pretty sure ive seen all there is to see in clone wars including the og tartakovsky mini series but ive never seen obi wan rock a trooper helmet, am i wrong?

I understand the idea they’re going for with the mythos aspect but I think it’s just silly to have a swap out portrait as a clone trooper helmet. I don’t think anyone that buys this will display it with the helmet.
If there was anything that should be a swap out feature it should’ve been the cape imo.
