Why hasn't Sideshow put up Casca yet?

SIDE SHOW is sporadic with p1 releases and may never put her up

There are countless examples of creative works being handed over to new minds, and the only thing that matters is how good a job they do with it. And that's a coin toss. If it is well done, it will mostly be accepted. And if not, people will always look at it as non-canon, or with an asterisk.
Stories are for the living. Complete it, and if I like it - great. If I don't... I know when it really ended.
Copyright time limits expire. Eventually everything popular will be expanded upon or rebooted. You can choose what to accept, like I do with Star Wars...

I will say after ten years I'm getting to the point where Martin could tell me major points of Winds of Winter and I could be satisfied or not. At least I'd know all those cliffhangers were going somewhere.

Same here lol. Waiting so long for that book.... it's like he is willingly getting distracted by all his side projects.

One of my favourite book series was the Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan (will be a new Amazon streaming series), and unfortunately he passed away before finishing it. But because it wasn’t exactly sudden he was able to put the major story beats and plot points down so that his editor wife could help whoever she chose to help finish his story.
