Hopefully Prime 1 will not be greedy and keep this for themselves as they do with some other pieces they believe could be coveted.

Do we know how they're even releasing these pieces in 1/4? Most people were under the assumption that Sideshow still had the exclusive 1/4 license in N.A.

We can only speculate. Perhaps DC is offering 1/4 to more companies to bring in more licensing fees. Or maybe SSC is letting P1 do a few 1/4 statues per year? Everyone is trying to survive in this economy, especially with high shipping costs.

Prime 1 Street Fighter V line was initially Asia-only, but at some point the license changed. I just bought Akuma direct from Prime 1. And the Street Fighter 6 license is worldwide.

Sorry, yeah, that's what I meant - SFV. I don't know anything about the SFVI line.

No, my bad. I just read your post, and not the previous for context. I thought you might be interested in getting a SFV statue straight from them, had you known. But I see now it was just anticipating this line's licensing.
