There are still at least 200 more emails to sort through and they keep coming in.

It starting to feel a bit unfair to leave soooo many people out.

What are your thoughts on changing the ES to 149 ? Just to let a few more collectors in.

Thats still going to be a couple hundred short of the number who wanted it.

Is there a huge difference in everyones eyes between 99 and 149 ?

Would anyone want to cancel because of that ?

Also...if we DID (not saying we are yet) change the ES to 149 I would add a new 'tongue' to the Reptile head as a bonus

Well props to you Jerry for asking for feedback first.. Sideshow changing Guile's ES after order is a whole different story.. Rarity aside, I like the idea of making an ES and sticking to it.. difference being ure getting input first.. there are loads of people, and 50 more isn't going to hurt, and it could make the word of difference for some :D.. you could put a note onf FB to update everyone and simply say you had an overwhelming respose (which 149 is justified because you could still see double)... and it speaks great lengths about the line.. But please no more than that so it remains something really special :)

To think some companies say fans only want the new MK stuff.. klassic line is going to be very fruitful for you (and the fans) Jerry

Besides if people do cancel when they find out it's an ES of 149 you will still sell 149.

And if for some bizarre reason lots of people cancel and you end up with less that 149 people then you can bring the ES down again!

The way I see it, the fans that want it are engaged in this conversation. Listen to them, as they'll be the ones buying the line down the road when the ES is higher, and everybody seems to be in agreement for the most part that an extra 50 is fine. Just my opinion! :)

Actually, the tongue should not just be added to the "lizard" head.

The "acid spit" Reptile is perfect the way it is now. If a tongue was added, it would really need to have the FULL reptilian head without the ninja hood. The tongue came out with his fatalities and with no hood on.

When he did the acid spit, the tongue was not out and his hood was on so I hope that head is left as is.

A third head with tongue out would really rock though! :)

Jerry you need to realize that there will be backlash if you up the edition size......
But there will be trouble if you keep it es is.............

I have been collecting your statues since the beginning, in my opinion you should stick with your original 99 Ed size.

For future orders simply allow an one minute window for ordering you statues, this should give most collectors a chance to get one. Just my two cents.

I would add that this is different from the Guile situation. People knew they had obtained one, and they knew for a long time before being given the news that the ES had expanded.

Nobody knows right now if they are in or out. Nor will they ever know if they were part of the 99 or the 149.

Make the third, full reptilian head with tongue out and give it to the original 99. That should make they happy, 3 heads total. They get the extra rare head now.

Then up the total number to 200 (extra 101 Reptiles) and they receive the product as it is now, so 2 heads total. That many more people will be happy to own Reptile and they still have both heads.

The 1 minutes ES determining would be an awesome idea. That would still be extremely rare, if you look at it in the future 10 years down the road. A ONE minute window to get something is still extremely sought after and it would make the hardcore collectors VERY happy!

It should be however many people order it. You should have a day pre-order time limit. There would be no excuse for someone not to order.

I just never understand the limiting collectible thing to this few number.

I do think that a majority of the people that emailed are frikkin flippers wanting to get such a rare collectible and sell it for $1000 on the aftermarket! I'm almost 100% certain this is the case as people are creatures of habit.

If 400 people email and want one, then that's how many should get made. Close the edition at the final tally at the end of the day.
