This had a lot of bad comment wich I don't understand , this looks great to me , this represents Jim lee's art better then the other statues produced by DC .
I'm in doubt about this one , it would be my first superman statue if I purchased it.

We're already getting requests for conversions on this one. Turning the 'walk like an egyptian' hand into a fist and removing the solid column he's attached to and replacing it with a white dowel after resculpting that foot that looks like it's doing the Casper thing through the column.

Please post pics of these changes. They sound like real improvements. That arm just looks weird to me as is.

That strut detracts from the statue. DC should have used clear resin, IMO.

My thought exactly. Like they couldn't have come up with a better design? Like have the base and figure separate and put together by a invisible pin.

I think it looks really cool Rick...

with sculpts of flying/ leaping characters it's tough because there's no really good way to have them suspended... they have to mount it somehow, but often times it pierces that veil of believability.

I think you should keep one for yourself for sure though.

DC continues to put out some of the CLEANEST sculpts there are... don't know if it's the paint, bruckner or everything... looks nice though.

just got mine today, and i think it's pretty cool. i agree it could have been better, but i am pleased, and i got #0034!!!
