I hate to break it to you but no one will touch something that detailed for 60 bucks. I'll do it.......for 650.00, and that is cheap.

Meaning no offense, but your not going to find a sculptor for this piece for anywhere near that price.

I'd also like to ask, how do the wings come out of his back if he's wearing a full cape?

Yeah, I got an e-mail from this guy asking me to do his character for $50, to $60.00. After I was able to catch my breath from laughing, I sent him an e-mail back stating that that you're really not going to find anyone of quality to do the work that cheap.

As far as the Wolverine piece, keep practicing, and you'll get the skills.

i wanted to do this, for about the amount he offered and a few boxes of super sculpey. it would be great practice for me and he would have what he wanted (probably not as good as a pro could do it though). but he declined 3+))

Judging from his broken English, I'd wager that just SHIPPING the sculpt to wherever he's located would eat the $60.

Maybe he could've had it done for this price in the early 1920's.
