Yes, I just had to add some glue and slide it back into the hole(opening) it came out of. It was not like yours, it was not broken just loose.

Just bend the one bent claw back into postion and superglue the other back.
That or try getting some kind of discount by pleaing to the seller, a full refund and send back the item or whatever the seller might agree to. Going to be tough though as you wrote he packaged it well and covered his end of the deal, or so it seems.
Sorry to see this, always a tragedy when broken items arrive.

Boy... they'll won't be living this one down for a while... What a shame. For a while there, BD was the gold standard. I suppose there comes a time when some companies feel compelled to choose money over reputation. Not sure how BD might ever be looked upon the way it once was...

Afterburner, you didn't bid on a statue that needed to be glued back together. Get your money back and bid on another one. Most of us have received damaged products in the mail before. It's an unfortunate part of the biz. Best to move on and get your refund before it aggravates you any more.
