I agree , I never buy from them directly either , there are couple of nice webshops which I get perfect service so I do my GG buyings from those shops , I love the products of Gentle Giant as the best SW products ever made for my taste but I never go for things like Premier Guild or something...
Keep your expectations low then you will not be dissapointed
What I expect from them is to launch nice busts,statues and maquettes with perfect poses , I like their 1/6 and 1/9 scale , just perfect size not too big not too small , but I do not care about the product limits , exclusives , delays ...etc. when the items are out in the market I will be able to get the one I love anyway , I do not send them any e-mails so I do not wait for any answers LOL
