so like i emailed the store i bought mine from and asked about sending back the broken one and all they replied was co. doesnt want/need it back. um what does that mean?

I just recieved a similar answer. The manufacturer does not need/want it back. Guess they are cutting their losses and don't want to spend the money on getting them shipped back.
