True, but usually, GJ is warmer than Denver. I usually notice the difference in the summer when GJ can get very hot--not that it does often. (Though I really don't know--Jase would know better than I, for sure!)
I do know that breaking the century mark in Denver is pretty rare, and I don't think it is in GJ.

No, it's not that uncommon to be 100 degrees or a little over during the summer. Of course, that doesn't seem so bad compared to one summer when I was in Phoenix and we had over 20 days in a row of 115 or hotter!

Hey, your day sounds almost as good as mine so far.
I can't stand doctors. Had my fill of 'em as a kid. Now I just dread it.

Oh, no comparison, for sure...Phoenix may not be the hottest city in the country, but it's definitely the hottest major city. I remember working there in the 1990s, when the heat hit a new record: 122. They had to close the airport because their safety charts didn't go above 120, so they had to stop all flights coming in or going out until the temp dipped below 120. That was a hell of a summer--melting asphalt, the whole bit. It just plain hurt to go outside.
