I checked to see if it has been picked up by parcelforce yet but the tracking number does not work. So my guess is that they are sitting with some bloke in customs who is debating whether these should be let into the country or not!

First visit to this thread... The end product not being very high quality seems to be a recurring theme with HCG. Not to mention their shady business practices.

I'm must be lucky then because I've always been satisfied by the HCG products I ordered and they were very helpfull with payment, given the fact that I live in the middle of the South pacific, in a french country. 
Some of their stuff have issues but it's not worth than SS.

Ok this is a bit weird! Normally when USPS deliver to the UK it is picked up by Parcelforce and you can track it in the UK via their website with the USPS tracking number. However that does not work and according to USPS they attempted delivery at 2:39am! A postman trying to deliver at 2.39am before I paid the customs charges... yeah right!
Any ideas guys?
