sculpting large open mouthed pieces

OK so i'm planning on sculpting a roughly life sized dinsoaur head with the mouth open, as if it was roaring(so rather large). My question is, how do you do this if ur planning on moulding it and casting it, do you sculpt the whole mouth piece separately, cast it separately then insert the finished mouth piece at the end? Or do you sculpt everything together and make a mould of the entire piece?
hope that all makes sense, any help on this will be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I would talk to roostercat. He is a member here and a master of dinosaurs and the like.
