E checks as payment from ebay
I know there has been talk about accepting an Echeck as payment from ebay. IF a buyers sends an echeck and it clears in 6-8 days is it safe to accept it?
If not how long shoud you wait, just in case they try and reverse it?

I don't consider ANY Paypal payment safe until the money is out of their hands and in my bank.

im with drew, i gotten a few echecks before which is not a issue. Just takes a week or more to clear. Like all stuff from paypal i make sure its out of my paypal account asap, cause i dont trust them.

on the ebay section a hour glass icon will appear where the money sign appears when people send paypal. So that will sit there till it turns into a money sign and you get a email it has cleared. So just need to wait it out till it clears.
