Question on overstreet price of FF 141 & 146

Can anyone please tell me the price in the current overstreet price guide for FF 141 & 146. I am looking for the 2 high grade prices at the far right (9.4 & 9.0 I think). I could get them in what appears to be NM at around $30 each but it seems a bit high. They are non keys but I need them to fill my run. Thanks in advance!

My copy is from 2008 and it estimates (for both books) $30 for 9.2 and $23 for 9.0. It's three years old, but I doubt the prices have risen much since then.
