We get this a lot in the US too, win or lose in fact there is sometimes this sort of thing in cities. That's why rioters and looters should be shot on sight, acts as kind of a deterent.

Why don't they shoot them with hard to remove paints or dyes. Hose them with colors. Pepper spray in the mix. Then they could round some of them up for retribution. Seriously tho, don't hurt them. Make them work to pay off all of the damage then shoot their balls off.
