Well a 1/3 scale Darth Vader is over 2000 and it will be about half the size of this 1/2 Darth Maul. Maybe SS will surprise us. These are aimed at a different Markets. People who want a lot less characters but want a significant scaled pieces.
If these are the same price as CM pieces it will make a mockery of CM.

Curious on the price, but as of now, I can't even order if it is priced around $1k, just too much on order, maybe if still available after march.

I would think so, the T800 endoskeleton was $2k, and that is a hell of alot more complicated than Maul/obi/Wlovy and even wolf predator.
