its been a while since I've had it out of the box (since I'm readying for a move) but I think its all 1 piece aside from the base like you mentioned

...may be wrong but I don't remember having to assemble anything when I took it out

The cape isn't a separate piece on statues like Magneto or Dr. Doom, so I assume the same holds true here.

Well said, very underrated. I think the coloring on the lips and around the eyes could have been toned down a bit though because he does kinda look like a tranny (no offense to all the tranny's out there). Other than that...not much else to nitpick on. Pose is perfect and the size is def imposing...just how Thor should be!

I'm with you on that, Hellsbells51; It is very underrated. I bought the Avengers set mostly for the Captain America, but Thor has become my favorite piece of the three. The pose is very imposing and the size is great for the 1/6 scale. The only nitpick that I have is that Cap seems to be a little smaller in size when compared with the Asgardian god. In my mind I always pictured both characters at the same height and with the same body type. (Thor just a little bit taller and bulkier), but that is just me, nothing really outrageous to complaint about.
