What scale are the DC VS diorama statues?

It's been bugging me for for a while... you know the Batman VS Joker, Batman vs Croc, Superman vs Darkseid...

I have the VS Joker one and it looks about 1/7 or 1/8th? The bodies are thicker than the 1/10 DC ArtFX+'s...

There about 9 inch figures and very nice, one of the few things DCD does well

My Batman VS Joker is like 2nd or 3rd statue I got (got it in 2008ish) and I love it. It was one of the pieces that made me think.. "Wow, I want that!" - I was always moving it around just wondering the best place for it.
