Looks defenitely better in those shots but I don't understand why the head & breastplate have a grainy surface...this isn't movie accurate ,is it?

Not sure about that, some of those people wanted to get it again when new pics were taken.

New pics look great! Too bad some people had knee-jerk reactions that are going to cost them the statue but they should have had more patience and trust in Chronicle. At least some people on the wait list will have their chance to get it now.

Looks nice.

Personally, i'm still not sold on it as much as others, maybe in hand shots or seeing it in person might convert me.

I think Paul should only reveal/release in house shots of products that he is 100% happy with and that are closest to truly representing the original source material, before any convention or "poor quality camera" shots get out first.

Because they're supposed to be a dark gun metal or something for TG endos, and it sticks out more when you edge towards silver chrome rather than aluminum chrome, which this statue sorely needed apparently because I could barely make these areas out on the original proto, assuming they were there at all.

Indeed. I think many who canceled in a panic due to those poorly lit con pics will be having serious regret once this piece starts arriving in collectors hands and people see just how awesome it came out.
