The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

See despite having more statues from other companies (I only have one XM piece) this is an example of why they are my favourite company. I absolutely love behind the scenes stuff and they are always willing to discuss the goings on and be as transparent as legally possible. Bryan also seems to have the same sense of humour as I do which is refreshing. loricstone, I had to think of you as the super fan LOL

My favorite part of XM is that they prioritize people who spend more money than others, once you buy four statues you get early access to PO's before others and with such low ES.

Loyalty to customers is bad? People really will complain about anything.

I can't be a loyal customer without having to purchase several statues? Not one, two or even three; I have to buy four statues before they even consider me worthy to be on par with the people who they deem worthy of early PO's. Also- making an observation or stating an opinion isn't complaining, but I have a feeling you're bias on the subject of XM, so I might be wasting breath here.

Bryan is always such a class act. One of the reasons he is one of the best.

My man, generally speaking if you end your opinion like this:

That's a complaint. Moving forward, I get where you're coming from but, on the opposite end of that spectrum is, XM is a very small company and as we know, they can't sell outside of their licensed territory. Can you truly fault them for creating a rewards program that encourages repeat sales? Truth be told, what they're doing isn't new, a lot of companies tier their customers rewards.

Excellent read. XM is a small company which is still growing. Can't expect them to compete with sideshow in terms of worldwide shipping and licensing
