Moving forward, I get where you're coming from but, on the opposite end of that spectrum is, XM is a very small company and as we know, they can't sell outside of their licensed territory. Can you truly fault them for creating a rewards program that encourages repeat sales? Truth be told, what they're doing isn't new, a lot of companies tier their customers rewards.
