Pieces were supposed to be permanently glued and broke. The right leg and the spear holding arm. The wings on the helmet/hair as well.
There was a portion that skin tone color was on the grey fur.
Was the same arm that the joint came free from (spear hand)

OK...the sculpt is good. The clothing and skin tone paint job is good.
the face paint job? bad.

The joints could have been pinned as well. However if its gonna break, I'd rather it break on the joint than somewhere that can't be easily repaired.

These changes shouldn't be extremely difficult if they haven't sent most of these out. Unfortunately, the ones that were sent out would need to be repaired or there will be problems in the future.

Since these are supposedly made to order, then from here on just start pinning them. The broke ones just have to be fixed or new ones sent out free of charge.
Even on smaller scale 1/6 kits or statues that i build or customize i always pin all joints regardless. On 1/4 scale or larger it is a total must to pin them. And the pins have to be metal and long enough and not just stubs.
