It sucks because I think the underlying sculpt is identical to the Cover Girls statue, but that's how much the lack of painted skin tones affects pieces.
You make good points, but color-infused resin didn't hurt Batgirl or the Icons Wonder Woman statue. The WW horse statue looks like it might turn out okay as well. (Maybe Training WW is bug-eyed because she's seeing a man for the first time? )

I think your other point about noses "disappearing" with color-infused resin is the strongest argument against using that method.

I would say the method works better on cartoonier pieces like Tarr BG, but I think it hurt the Green Arrow and Black Canary statue, at least in photos. Maybe it's because the latter's facial features are still realistic proportioned compared to the exaggerated Tarr or Bruce Timm designs.

LOL @ the training outfit joke.

I really like that Mera/Aquaman statue. The rest are all just ok, but not so ok that I need another statue of a character I already have multiple times.

I mostly avoid DC Collectibles these days, but I'm absolutely in love with the Cho Wonder Woman and the Aquaman and Mera statue. My wallet is going to be so unhappy this year.

Superman was the one that would make or break the designer line for me. Unfortunately the one they made was not for me. Will be passing in the whole line

I don't understand this comment. The whole line is based on different artists. If this Supes isn't to your liking, I'm sure another will come down the line that is (DC never ignores big blue for long). Batman and Flash were incredible releases so you're definitely missing out not picking them up at least
