I really hope this isn't the case. Last I heard Star lord was in the works and Drax was an uncertainty. With the popularity of the movies plus them doing the previous 4 guardians it would be a major let down if we don't get a matching Star lord and Drax.

I don't see how they could do 75% of the Guardians and not finish the last 2. And then there is this...

I'm not in love with the Marvel Now versions regardless, but I can't believe they would kill a team like that. Hopefully they go for completion.

They've pulled this sort of thing a few times with their Lord of the Rings line. They have never finished the fellowship in any format that they have created of LOTR.

Considering I have 3 of the 4 and Captain Marvel down the line, I'd like them to finish the last 2.

Sideshow didn't "pull" anything where the LOTR maquette line was concerned. The licence was taken from them prior to them producing a Merry/Pippin statue and completing the fellowship. They were blindsided and never saw it coming. I know LOTR collectors, myself included, were pretty upset when this happened, and I know Sideshow wanted to tell their side of the story, but unfortunately because of non-disclosure clauses written into these contracts they were forbidden from doing so.
