I’m quite pleased with the CS I’ve received surrounding this issue so far. Response time has been excellent from them and Aurora has been extremely helpful and friendly. They’re providing me a new head but they’re currently waiting for a shipment of replacement parts as they didn’t show up with their original shipment like usual for some strange reason.

Out of interest, did you ask if replacements will be numerous enough to cover what seems to be a common issue? Mines been on route for over two weeks now, I'm excited and very worried a the same time. Knowing PCS have us covered would alleviate that worry for sure.

No, I didn’t ask anything beyond what it would take to get my replacement. Sorry. I’d imagine with this being a widespread packing/shipping issue they’ll take steps to correct the problem for those that haven’t shipped yet and prepare to facilitate replacement parts as necessary. Hopefully if these parts are limited they have the ability to produce more if need be.

Of course. PCS has good customer service as long as it is an issue within their power to fix.
The technical issues have mostly been resolved but there can still be manpower issues.
It is still early so they have parts and replacements available without having to twist a Chinese factory's arm to make more... yet.

Even refunds for delays were very well handled back when POs were fought over and PCS knew it could sell cancelled pieces pretty much instantly.

uploading pics directly to the forum is garbage.

I tried uploading 10 pictures. This is the only one that doesn't invert. It's not the most flattering pic of Dredd.

Yeah they do. Is Dredd supposed to be as large as Robocop?

I think Robo is a little bigger. In the previous photo Robo is a little behind Dredd. Either way, they look great together.
