They really need to do something about their shipping system. I emailed them to change my shipping address and got an email back that it is changed. Then, I get a shipping notice that says it got shipped to the old one...
They really need to work on the website so the customer can change the address by themselves like Sideshow. They are so short handed I don't trust them to take care of every customer's situation and requests.

FWIW, I just got a UPS ship notification via their Quantum View, but no corresponding notification from Tweeterhead. At least she's on her way - will definitely be posting pics here when she arrives, probably Tues - Wed next week.

I received my UPS notice. Scheduled for delivery next week Friday which works out fine because I have to go on a business trip the following Saturday.
