Funny, indeed. I don’t see your perspective at all but, then same regarding you for mine. Different strokes for different folks!

I want a SERIOUS Thor movie again, like the original. Loved that one. Serious with good humor (not forced).
I even liked Thor 2, very serious.
Thor 3 had some ok moments when it took itself serious but way too many dumb scenes that were not funny.
Fat Thor was a joke...not funny. Prof Hulk was also annoying. I want a crazy Hulk back too.

So it is, Thor: Love & Thunder with "Lady Thor" Jane Foster (Natalie Portman).

Totally agreed with you.
I’ve read somewhere that fat thor was supposed to be a short joke but Chris wanted to keep the fat belly during all the movie...
So I’m pretty sure that Thor 4 will be dumb...and not for me.

So 5'3 105 lb Natalie Portman is playing the next Thor....
I get Portman's character plays Thor in the comics but given Marvel has distanced itself from comics before, wouldn't it seem better to find an actress that fit the physical aspects of a female Thor better...

Maybe she-Thor will be CGI like professor hulk. Not sure how Jane will become Thor without Mjolnir. My guess, he will make a new one just like the comics. And just like the comics the wording will be changed to "Whosoever holds this hammer, if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." They? Lame. So it takes two or people?

Same here. Too much humor in comic book movies sucks. They insert way too much humor lately.

I really hope not.
Have Portman hit the gym like Gadot did and in a year she could look more the part.

I'm with you guys. Way too much humor and slapstick in comic movies. Mostly now I come out of them, meh, it was ok.

One of the major reasons behind MCU's success is the slapstick humor. Selling concepts like THOR is hard if taken too seriously, the general public love a serious Batman but prefer a light hearted THOR. It is what it is and isnt going anywhere.
I love GOTG , it's the MCU movies I have seen on repeat the most along with the Dark Knight and Winter Soldier . GOTG was for Team movies what Iron Man was for the solo superhero movies in the MCU.
